    If you are looking to work alongside a team of highly energetic, passionate and driven people, then this opportunity may be for you. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service, here are the key things this Customer Service Specialist will be doing:

    • Perform both inbound and outbound communications to our borrowers. Will do this via phone, email, and text messaging.
    • Answer questions about loan products and terms.
    • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
    • Work closely with our Operations and Account Management teams on borrower and school related communications.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


    Working closely with the Customer Support and Loan Originations teams, this person will meet the following requirements:

    • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in a call center or closely related environment.
    • Banking or consumer lending experience is required.
    • Ability to be able to work a flexible schedule include after-hours, weekends and holidays when there is a business need.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changes on the go with a positive attitude.
