    If you are looking to work alongside a team of highly energetic, passionate and driven people, then this opportunity may be for you. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, here are the key things this Senior Business Operations Analyst will be doing:

    • You will work directly with the business leads in Originations, Customer Care, Servicing, and Collections documenting the current and future state
      • Through this process, you will identify gaps and opportunities that will need to be addressed
      • Working with the leadership team, you will help develop priorities based on effort and impact to close the gaps and get us closer to our end vision
    • You will lead the Vendor Due Diligence / RFP Process, working closely with key stakeholders across the business to assess the capabilities against our needs and future state vision
    • You will help assess the effectiveness of current vendors and work with the leadership team to lead business reviews of current key vendors / partners
    • Through this work, you will be asked to identify risks, issues, and roadblocks and start the process to help mitigate those risks and work around the roadblocks
    • You will work closely with the COO to assist in other business initiatives to find efficiencies in our processes or growth opportunities for the business


    Working closely with the Operations team, this person will meet the following requirements:

    • Previous work experience in Consumer Lending, Banking, or Financial Services
    • 3-5 Years of Experience in an Operational role (Originations, Collections, Care, Support, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor the message and communication to the appropriate audience
    • Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and Visio Skills
    • Consultative and advisory skills with a proven ability to build confidence in interacting with internal and external clients
    • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment where structure is limited or being developed
    • BA or Equivalent Years of Experience
