    Responsibilities

    If you are looking to work alongside a team of highly energetic, passionate and driven people, then this opportunity may be for you. Reporting to Vice President of Human Capital and Culture, here are the key things this person will be doing:

    • Create and implement a staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency and candidate satisfaction.
    • Source and screen candidates to ensure they reflect Meritize core competencies, leadership competencies, cultural fit and growth potential.
    • Consult with and advise internal hiring managers on key talent decisions, compensation and strategies.
    • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process including, but not limited to, designing and negotiating offers that are aligned and appropriate to internal equity and onboarding new employees into the Meritize Culture.
    • Develop relevant KPIs and recruiting dashboards that demonstrate the impact of the talent acquisition function.
    • Manage candidates through Meritize’s multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent candidate and client experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Meritize’s recruitment efforts.

    Qualifications

    Working closely with the leadership team and internal hiring managers, this person will meet the following requirements:

    • 5 or more years of professional full cycle recruiting experience in the financial services industry HIGHLY preferred.
    • Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor.
    • Exceptional communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed hiring targets and other role-related metrics.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across multiple business units and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide exceptional customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment.
