Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Digital Marketing will be responsible for the development, management and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy, ensuring consistency through all digital marketing channels and establishing innovative online tactics to maximize the brand’s online presence and meet sales and revenue objectives.  Here are the key things this person will be doing:

    • Develop the brand’s digital marketing roadmap
    • Work with internal and external resources to plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to support B2B and B2C sales efforts
    • Manage digital brand reputation
    • Manage social media presence and work with existing corporate communications staff to improve and enhance the brand’s digital footprint and increase customer interaction
    • Optimize website and social media channels
    • Manage reporting and tracking to ensure results are achieved and strategies are adjusted for maximum effectiveness
    • Establish competitive research and monitoring tactics to maintain competitive advantage
    • Maintain proficiency with digital technology developments


    Working closely with the Marketing Department, this person will meet the following requirements:

    • Must have a minimum 5 years of experience in consumer lending
    • Proven work experience and results in digital marketing
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing unique and result-driven content and campaigns
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
    • Strong communication and writing skills
