    Key Responsibilities

    If you are looking to work alongside a team of highly energetic, passionate and driven people, then this opportunity may be for you. Reporting to the Head of Operations and Customer Support, here are the key things this person will be doing:

    • Perform both inbound and outbound communications to our borrowers. The ideal candidate will do this via phone, email, and text messaging.
    • Answer questions from prospective and current borrowers about loan products and terms.
    • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
    • Work closely with our Operations and Account Management teams on borrower and school related communications.
    • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies.



    Working closely with both the Customer Support and Operations team, this person will meet the following requirements:


    • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working in a call center or closely related environment.
